Hello, we are aware of your opinion concerning two bottles of Georgian red wine from the Khareba estate, the Saperavi Premium 2013, which we sincerely regret. The first bottle you received as a gift, which you liked, also comes from our cellar (purchased in May 2019). Moreover, it comes from exactly the same batch that the estate had shipped to us in 2017, and all the bottles have since been stored in the same location, in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse. When you indicate that the two bottles received in July are undrinkable, it is therefore difficult for us to understand the cause. Would it be possible for you to clarify your opinion by telling us whether you detected any particular defect in the wine, or whether the quality of the wine in these two bottles was significantly different from the first, by providing a few details? However, the Chronopost carrier may decide, without our being able to intervene, to make the parcel available at a different collection point from the one planned, mainly due to an incident such as a temporary closure, absence or traffic restrictions.

Gift boxes, wrapping and crates are subject to a charge on our site and may be offered above a certain order threshold. The personalized box chosen with 2 wine glasses and a bottle is magnificent, but the site is not clear about the possible choice of bottles and shipping costs. In the end, I ended up paying more than I'd expected and the box wasn't delivered on the agreed day. Price a bit high for the quality of service, could do better.

Hello, We have received your notice indicating excessive shipping costs and a delivery date that was not respected. As for the delivery date, you had chosen COLISSIMO for delivery on Saturday 16/06. However, as we indicate on the site, this carrier does not guarantee a delivery date or time. We replied to you on 11/06 and suggested that, as this was your first order, you ship your order by CHRONOPOST, paying the additional cost to guarantee delivery by Friday 15/06/2018 at the latest. Your order was indeed delivered on 15/06/2018. It therefore seems to me that we did everything possible, by warning you and incurring additional costs, to deliver your package for Father's Day and that the delivery date was met. We also informed you that if you imperatively wished delivery on Saturday 16/06/2018, the cost of delivery would be €25. This cost is the one that CHRONOPOST charges us for a Saturday morning delivery and we do not mark it up. It may seem high, but we have no control over it and it is comparable to the prices offered by other brands. For your information, during Father's Day, we offered Monday to Friday delivery at €4 for orders of €50 or more, and free delivery for orders of €80 or more, which I'm sure you'll agree are perfectly reasonable delivery charges.
