Hello Sir, First of all, thank you for taking the time to give us your opinion. As far as the carrier is concerned, UPS did indeed send you an e-mail with the tracking number indicating that your 2 bottles would be delivered on Tuesday 10 August, but obviously a setback meant that they were only able to deliver on Wednesday 11 August!!!! What's more, I called you on Tuesday to inform you and on Wednesday to make sure you'd received your parcel, but you didn't take any notice of that ... In short, your bottles were dispatched on Monday 9th and received by you on Wednesday 11th, i.e. 48 hours, which seems to have created such a level of dissatisfaction for you that you give me this one-star rating, what can I say...
