Unfortunately the parcel did not include the necessary information for the passage of the French-Swiss customs since it was a shipment to Switzerland. I had to deal with the Swiss Post Office concerning additional customs fees to pay, etc., which I had not foreseen when ordering from you and which took me some time. It would be helpful if you could find out what procedures to follow for foreign shipments to avoid this kind of inconvenience and extra costs to your customers in the future.
