I contacted the customer service, they were very responsive and the next day 10 new clips were sent (when only one was missing) I received both packages quickly. I used the kit twice. The products are of very good quality, the varnish holds well. I am delighted with my purchases. As well as the exchanges I could have (advice before purchase + customer service after purchase) Even since the beginning of the containment, they were responsive to my mail, and my new order of nail polish was sent quickly (the delivery is longer but it does not depend two).
