I'm very disappointed with the products... despite having followed all the steps meticulously, I had to redo my manicure twice in two weeks because the varnish flaked a few days after application... Although application is easy, the steps well explained and the colors very pretty, the hold is not at all up to scratch, yet this is normally why we buy semi-permanent ... super disappointed.

I bought the Sphère Nude Kit and I'm not at all satisfied with my purchase. Firstly, the box arrived all broken, damaged and half-opened. Then, after doing my nails several times with the machine and polish supplied, I realize that after a week maximum, everything has to be redone. The nail polish is cracked, bubbles and even peels off, so the quality needs to be reviewed. In short, I'm not at all happy with my purchase, especially as on top of that, customer service didn't compensate me. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I loved the product, but I found the service to be terrible, I made my purchase paying for express shipping and after making two claims I received it in 19 days. I have been refunded the shipping money but in the end I did not have the package on time as it was for a gift.
