For the sake of completeness, I'd like to mention the slight frustration generated by the many products out of stock and the frequent e-mail reminders that are beginning to test my patience (I'll have to make the effort to unsubscribe). But these tiny inconveniences are fortunately annihilated by the great variety of products, their quality, and the irreproachable shipping (good packaging, and short delivery times.).
