The items are of good quality, but I bought an Eastpack in a store (Castres, Auchan) that was €20 more expensive than in other stores, even though the saleswoman had told me it was the market price. I never received my receipt, as announced at the time of sale, so it was impossible to return the item (according to the saleswoman of this famous store, by telephone). So I'm a dissatisfied customer!

Please contact the store that sold you the item and propose a credit note in order to resolve the problem. You have 2 weeks to return an item from the date of purchase.
