The items are of good quality, but I bought an Eastpack in a store (Castres, Auchan) that was €20 more expensive than in other stores, even though the saleswoman had told me it was the market price. I never received my receipt, as announced at the time of sale, so it was impossible to return the item (according to the saleswoman of this famous store, by telephone). So I'm a dissatisfied customer!

You're talking about an Eastpak bought in a boutique, whereas you bought a Mila Louise and a Voyage en Panier on July 7, 2024 on the website noixdarec.com. Please contact the store that sold you the item and propose a credit note in order to resolve the problem. You have 2 weeks to return an item from the date of purchase. If you don't have the invoice, the saleswoman will find your customer file on her cash register software and will be able to issue the credit note. Marie

Hi, as we have told you several times through email exchanges, we have opened an investigation with the DPD courier in charge of delivering your package and lost track of it. Here is what the courier responded to me "I am following up on your request and inform you that a search is currently underway for the package. The latter has unfortunately not been found as of 4.05 p.m. A dispute may already be opened but it will be taken into consideration by 16.06, when the package will be finally declared lost. We have therefore opened a dispute procedure and indicated to you that from 17/06 if your parcel is not found by the courier and is therefore declared lost, we will refund you. We understand that the delay seems long to you but legally we cannot do better. We are obliged to wait for the carrier's report, which will be on 16/06 at the latest. The multiplication of your immediate refund request messages on all our communication tools will not change the waiting time imposed by the carrier, we are sorry, however, we assure you that your order will be refunded at the end of the procedure if the latter is not found and has not been delivered on 16/06. In most cases, the lock has a small arrow indicating which side you need to move the knob to. You don't need a key, as it's not included; it's only held by customs." if you're having trouble setting it up, don't hesitate to give us a call and we'll guide you. As far as packaging is concerned, no cover is supplied by the manufacturer and the suitcases are packed in a transparent plastic bag. We can assure you that this product has never been used and that we only sell brand-new items, but it is possible that traces of dust may have escaped us during packing.

The product is not finished. One of the 2 outside pockets is still sewn and an inside pocket is missing. Order placed on Saturday, processed on Tuesday some sites are faster. This is my first order on this site, a little disappointed but that can happen. I'm waiting to see the after-sales service and return policy, which will make the difference.
