Hello and thank you for your message. Regarding speed, the item ordered on March 8 was shipped on March 9, so it's hard to do faster! Concerning the condition of the parcel, we're sorry but it left our workshops intact, so the carrier is to blame. In this case, when you collect your parcel from the relay point, you must make a note of the condition of the product inside the parcel so that we can take out insurance if necessary.
