I have been waiting for the labels since August 25 and the solution they give me is to place another order that takes another 15 days minimum to arrive when school has already started and I am without labels for my daughter due to their poor management and lack of competence.

I never received my order. They don't answer to my emails (only automated response in French) I called the customer service phone in Madrid, but I get a voice mail in Italian. It's a disgrace. Right now I only want my money back, but there's no way to contact them. Avoid them as much as possible.
