I placed the order on August 23 and today, September 15, I still have not received it. Their only reply was on the 7th that it was to arrive on September 9th, but since then they have not answered my emails. The same for both orders

The items are very good, excellent quality. But they arrived after the deadline and I could not use them for what I ordered them for. The customer service, nefarious. I contacted when I saw that they did not arrive, when they arrived I explained what happened and instead of apologizing they congratulated me for receiving them (now that I can not use them as I explained) I think they are making fun of the customer...

Lousy experience. I placed an order for 44, a personalized case and labels of all kinds, the labels never arrived nor did they give me a solution after communicating it to the company, of course they did not refund my money either. I do not recommend it.

I have sent fue requests to know when I will receive them and still I have not even received a response! Very bad servicio. I am very upset with you because I placed an order on August 14 and it is now September 15 and it has not arrived. They sent it to me again on 04/09/21 after I filed a claim and still nothing has arrived. My children have started school on September 9 and I have been in a hurry having to label badly and as I could all the clothes and objects for school. I have been buying your products for 7 years and I have never had such a thing happen to me.
