I placed an order and the next day there was a good discount.... the site is supposed to report proximity with promotions. It has been 2 weeks since the order and I still have not received the package. During the purchase transaction via paypal also, I did not receive confirmation of the purchase nor a verification email and had to contact the store directly. The labels are beautiful but the disservice is honestly too much!

I've been ordering since 2017, and the quality of the labels has deteriorated. Very satisfied until now, my last two orders clearly disappointed me. Last time I couldn't peel the labels off the booklet (cmon étiquette had made a commercial gesture) and this time, despite the 48-hour installation, the labels are constantly peeling off...

Very long delivery time and unfortunately I don't like the labels very much. The textile labels are quite hard and are not nice to touch on the clothes. Other labels (other brands) are more flexible and nicer to the touch. So labels are ok but not so great ...

We were promised that the labels would be sent within 48 working hours, but this was not respected (4 days before dispatch when other sites send within 24 hours!), which meant that we didn't receive the labels before we left. On top of that, the after-sales service didn't warn us and only apologized after sending 2 messages. And they basically blamed the postal service (when in fact it was the shipment that was delayed, not the transport at all!) Disappointed with this experience, I found better elsewhere.
