Placed an order on the 1st September and I still haven't received it, despite contacting the company. Very naively saw the 48 Hour delivery and presumed it would be here pretty quickly in time for my daughter to start school. Having spent £12 on labels I had high hopes for the company and I'm disappointed by the lack of customer care and the fact I am receiving numerous emails to rate the company/product, so finally I am!

Very bad. I have a very bad experience with orders. I have not received anything from the two orders I have placed. I hope that apart from the e-mails I will get my investment back, since I ordered from another site when I saw that it did not carry. Too long a wait, 2 months, and still nothing? Big problem with the labels. They all come off when the clothes are on their 2nd wash. I don't understand and find this very disappointing. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible.

I received the labels: they are impossible to peel off. The others I had ordered two years ago were different, I don't know if it's a defect or if we changed something. With the cost they have and the waiting time, a real disappointment.
