All the labels have peeled off. They have not even lasted a month. Most of them have peeled off without even using the garment. The rest have stayed on in the washing machine. Bad purchase.

Only half of the order arrived. Multiple requests, no response. I had ordered personalized stickers for pencils etc. for the start of school, which I was charged for but which never arrived. Very, very sad as I wanted to put them in my son's school bag. Huge disappointment. Unfortunately, even the pendant, which is very nice in itself, can't make up for this.

I never got my order, thank goodness I paid with paypal and they refunded me. You pay 3 shipping and they are supposed to send it to you by regular mail so you can't track the package. I will never order from them again.

I ordered some labels for objects at the beginning of August. As the package didn't arrive, I claimed it. They tell me that they have sent it on August 10. I wait and nothing. The 10 regulatory days passed and it didn't arrive either. I place the order again and they send it to me. It does not arrive either. I contact them and they tell me that they will give me a solution. On September 14, 2021, I do not have the order and I know that it is not a problem of my postal address because it is the second time I order from this company and the previous one arrived.

The Products are very nice but the wrong information provided cancels the whole service. In the advertisement it talks about service in 24/48 hours. After the purchase you receive an email saying that after the labels are printed it will take 2 to 3 days for shipping which can, however, become as long as 10. I made the purchase on August 31 and still have not received anything. I had to buy more stationery labels to take to school so the 45 euros spent here is now useless.
