I ordered the labels on x end of August, on the 30th they shipped and as of today September 18, they still have not arrived, on Monday my son starts kindergarten and I have not been able to label anything!!!! Day September 14, customer service, after my complaint about non-delivery, tells me that they will send the labels back to print and resend! I hope they arrive soon, but more importantly they will arrive!!!! Very disappointed .

It is a real scam. They advertise on their website that the stickers will be ready in 48 hours and it's been more than ten days and I still haven't received the order. Not only that, but after a complaint by mail, since they don't answer the customer service phone, they ask me again for the payment. After sending them the proof of payment of my order, they have not answered me again. It is a scam. A real disgrace. I advise customers not to buy from this lousy store. I am going to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department so that they do not continue to rip people off.
