Lousy service. A mistake to have bought anything here. I placed an order on 08/29/21, I have complained 2 times, they answer you in French, they don't give you a tracking number of the order, now they don't even answer my emails, a scam. Today is 09/13/21 and nothing has arrived yet. I had to order them on another website and they have already arrived.

I have been buying your labels for 4 years now and unlike previous purchases, this year I have found that the object labels, single line, do not stay firmly attached to the object (marker) after application. The difference is unbelievable compared to markers I affixed your labels to last year and on which the labels are intact, despite an entire school year! I think you have changed the type of glue. I also took some comparison pictures.

The postage was within the guidelines and the packaging is really great and it feels like a quality item but my daughter has been in school for 7 days now and in the first wash and tumble dry the label has come off. I washed her cardigans and tops at 30° and tumble dryer on a low temperature synthetic cycle and the iron on labels did not stay attached. I followed the instructions on how to attach them and loved that a piece of parchment paper was included in the order but they haven't worked for me. As this is my daughters first year in school I got the iron on personalised labels with a dinosaur and pink background and I also got 200 normal iron labels from a different place. The normal labels were £4 for 200 and they haven't come off at all. I am shocked and disappointed by this outcome to be honest because the iron on labels from here were the nicer option but they didn't work for us.
