Unfortunately, one of the clips on the bentobox has already broken off. My 7-year-old daughter couldn't get it to close properly because it was jammed and then she pushed a little harder and it broke. Too bad for the price. The stickers are great, they are small and hold up very well in the dishwasher. Addendum on 17.10.24 As a result of the review, customer service contacted me a few days later and they are now sending me new clips. Should be with me in a few days. Top customer service. I ordered for the third time the thermoadhesive labels and the adhesive labels for objects, for my second child's kindergarten. The order arrived on time, the labels are very nice, the colors vivid, and I had a choice of different fonts and designs...like the previous ones they hold the color and stay intact even after several washes of pinafores and bibs....good choice that I would do again.
