Customer service responded quickly to my request. However, they invited me to pay by bank transfer but did not check that the payment had been made. Moral of the story: 2 weeks later, still no parcel, I had to resend and prove my good faith... and all this without any commercial gesture. Too bad. As for shipping, nothing to complain about, fast.

I received the box with one side that wouldn't close because it was broken. As my son had a picnic organized a few days later, I kept it anyway, as the box closes on all four sides, which isn't a problem... Apart from this inconvenience, the box is very practical with its various compartments.

Hello, I posted a very good review a few weeks ago and I'm back with a little hindsight because I'm very disappointed! The labels are really beautiful, which is why I turned to your brand rather than my usual one. However, the iron-on labels didn't stand up to the first machine wash. My son is going away to camp on Wednesday and the labels have already gone into the wash. It's a real shame, because they're really superb (starry sky background with rocket detail - he was thrilled!).

Unfortunately, the cap on the thermal water bottles is very hard to open...not only for a child...but also for an adult. Too bad given the not-so-small cost...already informed the company on the first purchase, now I have purchased two more and the problem persists...I hope this comment is taken into consdideration.

Beautiful designer labels and fast delivery. On the other hand, despite respecting the ironing instructions, on a garment label and a wash at 30 degrees, two have already gone off in the first wash, so I'm very sceptical about the performance.

When the iron-on clothes labels arrived I was really pleased with them - they look lovely. I was also happy with the easy method of ironing them on to my daughter's clothes. However, after only a couple of washes (at 30 degrees Celsius), lots of the labels are peeling off the clothes, which is so disappointing.

The stickers are very nice. The design is simple. Because the stickers were so beautiful on arrival and I was busy sticking them on my clothes, I ordered more straight away. I had a rude awakening when I washed them. The stickers can't withstand a 40 degree wash. I tried everything. I stuck various labels on the clothes, pressed them down firmly, waited several days before wearing them, etc. In the end, I had to collect the stickers from the washing machine, throw them away and re-stick the clothes when they were dry. What a shame!

The labels look good, but they don't even last through a delicate wash. After the wash cycle, the labels must be removed from the inside of the washing machine. They are not suitable for the consumption indicated in the advertising. 2 stars only because of the color of the labels. What a pity... I won't be ordering from here again.

The first time I purchased the iron on labels, they were fab and long lasting..then the 2nd time something had changed, they seemed plasticky and almost every one of them peeled off in the first wash. I thought I'd give them another shot just recently and so wish I hadn't, same thing happening once again..labels partially peeling off in the first wash and I followed the instructions to a ëT' - safe to say that's the last time I'll be making an order from Petit Fernand. Such a shame as the designs are lovely but they are not fit for purpose...sort it out Petit Fernand!!
