I placed an order which never arrived, I sent an e-mail, they replied immediately and offered to send me a second parcel at the company's expense, which I accepted. After several days, I still hadn't heard from them, so I e-mailed them 2 more times but got no answer, so I had to call them to get an answer. In the end I got a lovely young woman who did what was necessary, but waiting without any reply to my e-mails was a source of stress. Today my parcel arrived as promised by the person I spoke to on the phone and I'm delighted with my purchase.

The labels come off in the first wash... I think the dryer reinforced the problem... thanks for sending me back a booklet of labels, I'm replacing them as I go along and I hope they hold up better.

Well-made water bottle but with some minor flaws. The cap is very hard to close and a child struggles to do so. The spout is not easy to clean. A pipe cleaner would have been appreciated given the cost of the item. After one week the outside is already marked/scratched. Delivery time is not correct, the water bottle arrives at least 10 days later than when you confirm the order. Update: After about 20 days of use the cap joint broke, it was probably defective. I wrote to customer service and they supported me promptly and said they would replace the part.

The labels are great, as always, but I was very disappointed with the wooden label. For my taste it is too big to put on a children's backpack. Also the color and size of the text in reality does not correspond to what was seen on the screen while I was creating it. To finish, I have to say that I was charged for the shipping costs even though what I bought fulfilled the conditions that the web marked for free shipping. I had to contact them twice to get a refund of the shipping costs.

I'm disappointed. With my shoe labels, I didn't get the transparent protection that goes on them. I sent an e-mail in reply and was asked once again to explain what was wrong. I think that when you work in a company you have to know the products. I've been a customer of yours for some time and I don't think I'll be one for long, nor will I be recommending you to my friends and family;

The only comment to improve is that the visibility of the text (and font type) on the color I chose looked good on the computer but not printed. I ordered one set of iron-on labels and one set of stick-on labels for my child's clothes. The designs look super cute and have beautiful colors. Both are also super easy to apply. Unfortunately, some of the iron-on labels have already come loose in places on the 2nd wash and tumble dry cycle. I'm sure I applied them carefully according to the instructions. What a shame really. They should actually hold up well for the nursery.

Average product quality, the prints are absolutely not sharp, there are snags on the products too. It was for a birthday present for a child and I was ashamed. Given the price of the products you offer, it's absolutely a bad experience that I won't repeat. If I ever need this kind of product again, I'll go to a competitor who provides much better quality.
