The labels are nice and there are many customization options, the problem with them is that after the third wash and tumble dry the labels fall off and can no longer be reused (I followed the instructions to the letter). P.S.: I have not received any mail to solve the problem.

Supposedly 1-2 days shipping time, unfortunately I waited over a week. The stickers look slightly different last time. Had ordered exactly the same ones before. Unfortunately, many have already come off in the washing machine, although I followed the instructions exactly. Still great for the price, as half of the stickers do hold.

This is the second time I have ordered from you. Although I am satisfied with the labels for my little boy, I am very disappointed with the labels I ordered for my daughter. The simulator gave much more legible labels. So it's a bit disappointing given the usefulness of the product. I'd understood that the simulator was designed to avoid unpleasant surprises. The delivery was fast, therefore 2 stars. However, the ironing labels themselves state that they are only to be ironed on the care and instruction labels and not in the clothing itself, otherwise they will not survive washing! I don't know how big the care and instruction labels are in France? In Germany, your supplied iron-on labels will definitely not fit on them. If you had provided this information BEFORE ordering, that would have been desirable! I have just had another look on your website and there is nothing about this. On the contrary, the photos on your website show the iron-on labels in the middle of the clothing. For me, these iron-on labels are not useful, I could have saved myself the money!

I bought the iron on labels for my daughters school uniform. My daughter really enjoyed designing her labels and the site was really easy to use. Delivery was quick and the way the labels was packaged was lovely, instructions were also really easy to read. Unfortunately the labels have already started to peal off (they have been on for nearly 2 weeks) I doubt they will survive another wash. I'm disappointed because everything about the service was great its just a shame they haven't worked for us.
