Ordered 3 types of labels. 2 are great but the 3rd is illegible, which was not the case on the website. Too bad...

Very pretty labels, but when I followed the instructions (linen mode and 12 seconds without moving the iron), the iron-on labels peeled off quickly.

Very average kit quality for the price.

I am not putting 1 star just because I am convinced that hope must be the last to die! It has been 22 days and I still have NO IDEA where my order is. My advice is: if you are in a hurry, definitely do not order from Petit Fernand! I even contacted them and they told me that unless at least a month passes, I have no reason to contact them. Absurd!!! I just hope the products are of excellent quality.... after all this time is the least I can expect.

Labels peel off after washing

Because until today I have not received my order that I placed in March 29th and it has not arrived.

Figure too small for label size

We bought a gourd and I think it's very pretty, I would have liked to have a smaller capacity because the bottle is heavy and so full for my daughter - the stopper I did not know the system but it is complicated for my daughter to open and close it herself - the most disturbing is the smell and taste in the stopper that remains between each use. This is really the big black spot and not easy to clean with this system. My daughter is not yet 3 years old so not old enough to recommend it and yet she needs a bottle to identify for babygym and other activities.

Hello, I'm very happy to receive them,... then when I look closely I find that on one gourd the first name is written a little crookedly (and I'm very fussy, I only see that...). Then I wash them carefully, but unfortunately one escapes me and bumps into the tiles on the edge of my sink (so not high up), and yet Big Mark. I'm disgusted because my loulou is very sad! Then, during use, the big guy reports that the cap just pops up and stays in his hands when it's opened... I can see that. Finally, Robin, aged 4, is very frustrated because he can't open and close his cap. They're very difficult, my big one can barely do it. So I'm really sorry to say that I'm a bit disappointed. However, they are superb and my little ones never leave them. Thank you for your reply. Carole. After sending an e-mail as requested, I received two new caps very quickly and without difficulty. Trustworthy person doing their utmost for their customer's satisfaction. I recommend ++, and in the end the little shock on the gourd gives a "adventurer" side to my little Robin who never leaves it. It's good that you can choose the number of stickers yourself in increments of 10, whereas with the competition you often have to buy at least 50 stickers. The quality is appealing at first glance (dishwasher / washing machine suitability not yet tested). The time between ordering and delivery (in my case just under 3 weeks) was longer than promised, so there is still room for improvement.

Pretty but a bit heavy

The first impression was very good, and the print is also perfect. I also really like the structure! However, the iron-on labels don't hold and I find a new sticker has fallen off with every wash. I wouldn't order it again.

Hello, I'm sorry to put only 2 stars. I ordered 2 bottles a few months ago. The bottles are solid, of good quality and very pretty. That's why I don't like the 2 stars. On the other hand, my children (users) aged 3 and 5 broke their first cap after not even a month's use. So I recommended 2 caps, colored this time. And again, a new cap broke within the 1st week of use. There's something really wrong with these caps, and at 8 a cap, I won't be ordering any more. It's a real shame, because the bottles are really good.

Due to the current corona situation, it is very difficult to give a correct and fair evaluation. The delivery time is very long, but this is probably due to the current situation as the product is delivered from France. I don't have any comparisons of what the delivery time would be under other conditions.

When the site was recommended to me, I was delighted. the selected goods arrived very quickly. however, I have to say that the parts don't last. right at the beginning, an ironed-on label fell off. later, the labels came off the laundry labels. it didn't last long in the shoes either and on the items that you need every day, each one is now gradually coming off. that annoys me a lot, because it wasn't planned that way. all in all, I've only been using it for 2 months. so it's wasted money.

I had ordered 30 and the last 10 was very badly made, I had the impression that they made it quickly.

The stickers show bubbles, which spoils the look a bit. I was expecting more for the price. Also no, the quality of the lunch box and gourd is top-notch.

Unfortunately, the product (thermoadhesive labels), did not meet my expectations, they all came off, regardless of the fabric and how they were washed, despite following the application procedure slavishly even several times.

Hello The panel for the choice of colors, patterns, letters really interesting. The delivery was very fast and the checkbook for the labels was simply perfect. But the problem is that the labels do not stand up to washing.....1er washing everything comes off......So I started again and took time with the iron and 2nd washing everything comes off again..... It was a big disappointment..... Too bad.

Peels off easily after ironing; you have to iron several times to get it to stick once and for all. I wanted to put the label on my daughter's swimsuit and it didn't stick at all, it doesn't go on all materials and that's a shame...

I was really excited to get these stickers but I'm a bit disappointed as quite a few have come off even in their first cold wash sadly. For the money I think that they were not good value.

I have very mixed feelings, as I only received half of my order. The gourd arrived safely and is great. Perhaps a little difficult to open for my 3-year-old son, but he'll get used to it. On the other hand, I still haven't received my set of 20 self-adhesive labels. And when I ask what's going on, I get an automatic reply telling me to get back to them within 7 days if there's still nothing. So I'm waiting...

Thermo labels don't hold very well. They peel off easily

The labels are very nice, I think they're beautiful. However, I ordered the labels on a Sunday and received them a week later on Monday. Made and shipped within 48 hours, that's not true. Nothing to say except that

I received the labels in the little koala picture I had selected... too bad...

Only the last name was taken into account I must have made a mistake and I got self-adhesive labels or instead of adhesive labels for clothes but we found use anyway for books and pencils . Fast delivery

I ordered the sticky clothing labels. The delivery was quick and it was very easy to create and order the labels. Unfortunately after sticking them on the labels, when my son got home many labels had fallen off and many of them came off in the wash. Didn't last at all. Might try the iron on labels next time and hope they are better.

Product as described. Fast delivery. One small drawback: the labels don't stick well, they come off after the 1st machine wash.

My labels are less sticky than usual.

The stickers were very good and correct but they had to send me a second shipment because they had the wrong person for the first one. They solved it well but my daughter started kindergarten without any sticker to mark her things.

On clothes, labels come off quickly

As with my previous orders, I am very satisfied with the ease of production and the speed with which I received the labels. However, the iron-on labels don't stick to my daughter's clothes, whereas on my previous order I had no problems at all.

I sent an email immediately after my order to change it and there was no response. Hence this note!!!
