The labels peel off after the first wash, even though I follow the instructions. I had no problems with my first order.

A little disappointed with the poorly cut labels

Very fast delivery.perfect contents, unfortunately the labels are already coming off on some garments.

Worse quality than in previous orders, they do not stick well to some fabrics.

Unfortunately, I am totally disappointed with the adhesive labels for clothes. I used them according to the instructions and half of the sticker on the first item of clothing came off after just two 30 degree wash cycles. The item was not in the dryer. Super annoying for me because I ordered 50 of them. Fast delivery and cute design. Therefore 2 instead of 1 star. However, the quality is not convincing and I will neither order again nor recommend to others.

I stuck the labels on my son's clothes and when I came back from camp I washed the clothes and half of them had come off. What a shame.

The product itself is perfect but the negative point is the delivery time. The order was supposedly sent on February 6th but in the end never arrived and we can only claim 15 days after dispatch, so I had to wait until February 21st for the claim, which in the end ended up with a parcel sent by colisimo suivi and received on February 24th. The problem was that it was for a birthday which took place on the 21st, so I had to improvise other gifts, which meant a double expense that could have been avoided if all parcels had been sent by colisimo suivi from the start. And no commercial gesture for this inconvenience! :/ too bad

I received a set as a gift for my daughter's first birthday and was absolutely thrilled. Now I have reordered the iron-on labels and the ones for the shoes. The labels look very nice, but this time there was no protective film included with the shoe labels. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything that said you had to order them separately. They have now been stuck to the shoes for the nursery for almost 2 weeks and today I saw that the edge is already starting to peel off. I find this very annoying, if I had known beforehand that the foils were not (or no longer) available, I would have ordered elsewhere.

It took a very long time. And everything was a bit smaller than expected.

The labels all came off in the first wash .... customer service will send me some more and we'll see if it was a defect in the glue or if they're all like that ...

The inscription on the little bag didn't stand up well to washing? I'm disappointed.

Most labels peel off after 3-4 washes. There is only one paper for 60 labels, you can imagine how is the paper in the ironing n.15... ANSWER: Sorry, my name is Marta, not Laura. And secondly, it's hard for me to understand the instructions as they are in French.

Very nice labels, neat presentation, but despite the instructions for use, the labels come off quite quickly. So a bit disappointed.

They have not been of the same fixation as on the 2 previous occasions.

The labels I chose don't stick well, and don't hold after the first wash. I have no explanation, I followed the instructions and did what I had to do.

Dissatisfied with delivery time. Order received 10 days later.

I am delighted with the quality and the speed with which I received my order. However, after receipt I realized that I was missing labels and the minimum order is a problem.

For a second order, it was delivered within 48 hours by tracked parcel. Order placed on Sunday evening and received on Saturday morning. I think it's a shame with the Post Office. Often late.

Very pretty labels, it's a shame that 5 of the 20 orders didn't stick ...

Order received as soon as possible. Products conform to the description but it's a shame I found them a little expensive compared to two sites I discovered recently.

Very nice labels. But peeled off after 3 days.

The design is really nice, the bottle looks good, but on both bottles the cap is fragile and too hard to open and close for children (4/5 years old), so he doesn't use it much.

Very practical system for clothes and objects except that, depending on the type of garment, it doesn't stick and the label washes off, which is a shame considering the price you pay.

Order received too late. Couldn't use it

On most of the garments the labels were cut off and so I had to glue these manufactured labels onto the fabric. In the first wash the label came off a little and curled up I'm afraid it won't hold.

Ordered more lids for the water bottle as the original failed to work - within 2 month of periodic use. I asked for a replacement, didn't hear back but needed a new lid for school holidays. Not great service.

Nice labels but I found that they didn't stick well to the clothes and finally everything came off after the second wash.

The designs and typography are very nice, and delivery is on time and fast. Too bad the labels themselves are in a kind of plastic. Not very skin-friendly and not ideal when your child is prone to eczema.

The self-adhesive garment labels were stuck on the wash information labels and peeled off after the first wash.

When I put the clothes in the machine, the ticket came off, even though I had put it in the right place.

Hello. I bought 2 customizable bottles a few months ago. I'm a bit disappointed because one of the caps is leaking, which isn't very practical in the kids' bags, and 1 of the bottles is damaged on the neck, i.e. the white is coming off and all that's left is the aluminium.
