The labels are perfect and I have been buying them for several years. In my last order I purchased the custom pouch which after the first wash completely lost all the color of the design. I basically spent 4.9+6.00 shipping for a faded pouch that we will not use. A disappointment....

The labels have nice graphics and are made well, using them over time however I have noticed that both the thermo and adhesive label labels come off! Not washing the garments at more than 40 degrees! Cmq overall good

The self-adhesive clothing labels have changed format and are now smaller. I was disappointed, because with long first names and the reduced format, I find the writing tiny. If anything, it would be more useful and legible to write directly on the labels with a textile pen, rather than buying the self-adhesive clothing labels. The labels are smaller, but the price is the same. Before, there was also a protective film to be applied to the "shoe" labels to prevent them from fading, but this protection has disappeared. For me, we're doing less, but still at the same price. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the "object" labels. I sent a message to the site after my order, but never got a reply.

I unfortunately have to give 2 stars because I placed the order on Dec 11 and received it on Jan 29!!! I wrote 3 times to customer service before I was able to get a satisfactory answer and finally the tracking number. Too bad because the product is very nice, but for these reasons I will not place any order again.

The self-adhesive labels I received are extremely difficult to remove (especially if you don't want to damage them). However, this isn't my first order for this type of label and I've never had this problem before. Nor was I able to empty the basket, which still contained the last order placed (I tried to delete it several times. I did get the "your basket is empty" message, but it kept coming back). It took a long time to receive the order, but fortunately I wasn't in a hurry.
