I ordered the iron on ones by mistake and they wouldn't peel off the backing paper which was very frustrating I ended up putting them in the bin I was shocked cause I have had the stick on ones before and they were brilliant

I've now waited 11 working days and my order is now classed as lost in transit. Not ideal as hoping to get them on my children's clothes before they go back to school. Hopefully they'll be good when they finally arrive.

Good morning, I have already reported to you an error in my order.... I had ordered the thermo adhesive etechettes and I got the adhesive ones Sure, the order arrived in a short time too bad they arrived wrong Thank you Daniela As of today I have been answered that the order has started and delivered and as a result I can no more do anything, well I have a company and if problems happen I will charge of the error!!!

Horrendous customer service. Order was cancelled. Customer service did nothing to correct mistake. Looking at the comments on the company's social media- this is a regular occurrence. Avoid at all costs!
