Bad service, I have called several times to claim the shipment and after many calls, a girl tells me that she will manage the refund and to date, I have not received anything. I will not buy again.

Look great but Half have been wasted as they have all come off on the 1st wash and was only on a 30degree wash, I left them 48 hours before they was worn

The items took long to come and there was way too much packaging. I would of preferred a slightly cheaper product for less packaging

The goods and the contact is top, but unfortunately the shipping takes much too long... that's a pity, because the processing goes ratzi fatzi and then it takes over a week that it arrives at the customer, although it is only put in an envelope...

Disappointed!!! Yet this is not the first time I order. Usually I'm satisfied. This time, after the first wash at 30 degrees, the labels came off.

Very cute, however the pad arrived damaged by the glue from the envelope that contained it( the glue from the envelope had stuck to the pad and to open the envelope the cover of the pad tore). It was a gift so I was very sorry.

The product itself is very good, it sticks well to the garment, however, the new versions are very difficult to remove from the plastic backing.

The rendering is not the same as on the site.

Disappointed because the labels peel off after the first wash... Yet satisfied because received very quickly and sticks easily ... too bad

A little disappointment with the iron-on labels,they come off but after the excellent elucidation and meticulous explanation and of the 'application we solved it. Thank you

I had ordered the labels expecting to receive them on Saturday (order placed on Monday) in view of the times noted on the site but I obtained them on Monday .... after my son left for snow class...the labels are in line with my order, only a little disappointed not to have received them before.

After the first wash, the stickers came off. Nice labels.

I buy two sets for two different children and they group them together in one book. I couldn't even offer the labels.

Iron-on labels won't stick, even when heated to the required temperature and duration.

I thought the writing would be a bit bigger It's really tiny my son will never recognize his name!

Product as always good quality and shipped quickly but they need to review the shipping because when you buy something large they charge 6 minimum which is not little but they send a registered mail with the mail that.... in short has its limitations

Stickers unfortunately come off clothing. Do not stick to clothing label.

My notebook was missing a label

This is at least my 3rd order from c-mon étiquette, so I've been pretty satisfied with the product. However, I don't know if anything has changed in the manufacturing process of iron-on clothing labels, but it seems to me that they adhere much less to textiles than before. I had to stick a lot of them on when my son went on a skiing trip, and what an unpleasant surprise it was to find that the labels had come off after the 1st machine wash. Either completely, which meant I had to reapply a new label, or slightly, in which case I had to reapply them with an iron (although not all of them stuck either...!). However, the labels I ordered previously and applied to the children's comforters a few years ago have held up after much handling and washing! Anyway, I'm a bit disappointed and regret having recommended you to other parents!

I've been using the site's labels for a few years now and there have been no changes to the form or themes. New features would be welcome

Purchased a crèche pack. After only 1 wash, the iron-on labels did not stick despite following the instructions for use. A shame, the cheque book was very practical and the labels seemed to be of good quality. I won't be ordering again.

It is not the first time I buy and it has always gone very well. This time the order took much longer than usual. And it arrived without the brown paper to iron on the labels. And the labels for the shoes no longer have the protective label? Thank you

Would have been a 5 but i placed my order on the 8th of January today is the 22nd and i still have not recieved my order! I am Feeling rather disappointed

I order very often and have always been very satisfied. But the last 2 purchases have been disappointing because the labels come off after a few washes, whereas all the previous ones still fit (some have been stuck on for 3 years!) And there is less choice of label background than before...

The textile labels to be heated don't hold and it's a shame not to be able to choose the number of labels you want. I would have liked more small object labels.

Unfortunately, the colors I chose were too light and therefore not very visible on the clothes... On the website, they looked great, so I was very disappointed with the result. On the other hand, the speed of production and delivery was great.

Unfortunately, by attaching the labels to markers and crayons (which are round), they lift up at the sides.

The first order did not arrive, I communicated everything and in a few days my order arrived, of course the expenses were their responsibility. They are beautiful and as per the design created.

I love the designs and that's the main reason for the stars. However the stickers came off in the wash. Some on the first wash. Not suitable for school clothing.

Iron-on labels deform under heat + become locally "transparent" so that the garment label stands out (i.e. we can see through to the label underneath and the letters overlap with the letters on the iron-on label; e.g. for the surname MARTIN on the IN EXTENSO brand label, after iron-on, it looks something like "MiAnRTexINso") so disappointed by this lack of quality.

Concerning the order, I'm quite disappointed by the bag I received. I thought it would be bigger. Honestly, if I had known it was like this, I would have made it myself, which would have been more economical. As for the labels, on the other hand, I'm completely satisfied and I'll be ordering again.

Disappointed by this order I have the impression that the labels are thinner than before and especially with friction they come off!

Labels come off

Much to my regret I did not like them. The design and the colors yes, but when it comes to gluing...it has cost us a lot having the iron as indicated and some even come unstuck. Thank you for letting us give our opinion. And sorry for this comment, but I had to put my reality. Best regards.

The labels peel off too easily when machine-washed, for my taste .

Holds well on some textiles that are washed at low or low temperatures. On others, such as panties washed at higher temperatures, it doesn't hold at all. Not to mention tumble-drying, which can cause them to peel off.

Les étiquettes ne sont pas trop mal, mais sont arrivées un peu tard.
