I ordered labels to have them for back to school and I never received them. After several calls telling me that it could take up to 10 days to receive them, I was reimbursed. So I didn't get to see the quality of these labels and I'm disappointed.

At first, I bought sticky clothing labels, but they couldn't withstand the dryer. So I opted for iron-on labels, washed at 40, tumble-dried and several labels have already popped off. The same goes for the shoes, the labels don't stand perspiration, a few years ago a transparent label protected the whole thing, unfortunately this label has disappeared and the labels haven't lasted a week.

I had to put 1 star because you can't put 0. I chose 24-hour delivery and paid almost 10 for postage, only to never receive my order. I contacted by email several times without getting an answer. I had to call customer service to find out more. They promise same-day delivery before 6pm. I received nothing. I received a refund for my order but I was left with nothing for my son's first day of school and I have to find a new solution for marking my son's things.

Catastrophic delivery time !!!! If I had known this, I would never have ordered here !!!! I ordered 10 days ago and unfortunately nothing has arrived yet. Customer service says it may take until Monday. Today is Thursday. I would have needed the labels by today, so they are now unusable for me as I now have to label them elsewhere.

Forget water bottles, 2 purchases, at different times. The surface layer flakes off after 2-3 uses, at the neck, your child ends up ingesting it and the structure of the bottle is altered.
