Warning! Do not order from them! I ordered several items, and those are stuck at UK customs! Petit-Fernand is asking me to manage now! Even if I already paid taxes and delivery charges to them. Disgusting behaviour before school rush... avoid. As website is .co.uk and customer service number starts at +44, I was not even aware that the items will be posted from outside of UK! Avoid, avoid, avoid'

Hello, as explained to you via email, VAT charges and custom charges are different. Custom charges that are now present because the UK is no longer part of the EU, are out of our control unfortunately. I hope you are able to receive your parcel soon!

The labels are beautifully designed and make a good impression. Unfortunately, they don't even stand up to a wash cycle. The labels are everywhere, just not where they should be. I am very disappointed!
