I purchased a water bottle, and indeed it is very nice, the disappointment was that on the first fall the cap broke ... I thought the material was actually more durable, however I should have immediately got a spare cap. Otherwise everything is very neat and as I expected.

I'm not happy with the water bottle. My daughter is in the middle section of kindergarten and the one-size-fits-all model is much too big and the fastening system much too complicated. There's no way she can use it on her own at school. Too bad, the pattern is nice though.

Unfortunately, the quality is no longer what it was a year ago. I bought a new batch of stickers because I was so happy with them back then. They stick really well to the clothes but they have recently become sooo difficult to remove from the sticker booklet that they half break and don't last as long. What a shame.

Hello, I put 3 stars because I had already ordered on C-MonEtiquette and I was very satisfied of this order I discovered a new way to label the clothes of my daughter. At the moment I have a son and I wanted to order some for him and for my daughter, but unfortunately the labels are not of the same quality. In the past, I was able to peel off the label without any problem, but now I have a lot of trouble peeling off the label, most of which is very damaged due to the difficulty of peeling it off. As far as the shoe labels are concerned, what I liked the other time was that there was a double protection (transparent plastic label), which was great and still holds on to the shoe today. As for the isothermal flask and lunchboxes, my daughter is very pleased with the design, decoration, sturdiness and the personalization of her first name, just a little difficulty opening the flask (rather sturdy cap) and forgetting to screw it back on after closing the cap, the result being soaked business.

The box is very nice in its size and layout. I find the color a little pale, but that's a matter of taste. A big minus point is the stick-on foil, which blisters after just a few days, even though it is only washed off by hand. I would have expected something more durable for the price.

I ordered some new stick-on clothing labels but two weeks later the order still did not arrive. It took several emails to get any response from Petit Fernand. They eventually sent a replacement order that arrived almost a month from the date I ordered. This wasn't my first order so I was surprised (and disappointed) that the labels were suddenly glossy and not matt like they were before. Not a deal breaker, just visually the previous ones were nicer. What I really don't like this time round though is that all the stickers are very hard to remove from the paper and then some of them peel off with the transparent top layer from a neighbouring sticker!
