Unfortunately, I have to give a grade neither positive nor negative. I am very happy with your labels but this time they really got to me after TOO long, at least after a month. I ran out of labels from the previous supply and had to make do differently. However I reiterate that the labels are beautiful and functional. Thank you

I ordered two water bottles for my daughters (2y1/2 and 4y1/2), but the stoppers are too fragile, they broke as soon as I dropped them for the first time: the two stoppers were in different places within the first week of use. I should get new ones, but it's a pity, the plastic is brittle, the stoppers are not suitable for the clumsy hands of young children, otherwise the bottle itself is very good...

I had a few small issues. Cloths stickers where not cut well so I could not remove them from the book easily. I need it a sticker to put on a pair of trousers at a short notice and apparently the sticker did not last long. I washed and tumble dried two garments where I used the stickers they are still there but does not look that good. Happy with the design but I will have liked the letters bigger.

The personalized gourd is very pretty and solid, but I find the opening system very complicated for a child, whether it's the inner or outer cap. I was also disappointed with the delivery times, because after a few days, when I didn't see the parcel arrive, I contacted customer service and that's when I learned that the parcel had been mislaid. I would have preferred to have been informed beforehand rather than following my call. I would also have appreciated it if they had offered a commercial gesture without my having to ask for it...the delivery costs were offered to me but I must admit that I would have appreciated a more substantial gesture knowing that it was for a birthday present and that of course it didn't arrive in time.
