The items offered are of good quality, in line with my choices. On the other hand, I'm very disappointed with the service itself: the order took over 3 weeks to be delivered, and was cancelled twice without reason, but then charged. All because of an out-of-stock item, I was told, after several reminders, without it ever being recorded in my customer area. What a shame.

Order placed but no news. I was the one who asked about the status of my order several times. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me right away that my order would not be delivered on time. I had to come back to you several times. I was told on August 28th that my order would leave within 48 hours and on September 1st I was told that it still hadn't left. Contradictory replies 3 days apart. I'm not disappointed by the labels I received, but by the quality of the way my order was handled.

If I had only ordered self-adhesive labels for objects, I would have given them 5 stars. The iron-on labels for clothes don't hold when stuck on as instructed (with the sheet supplied), so I stuck them on without the sheet, which worked, but they came off in the first wash. I therefore paid for 30 unusable labels.

I'm sorry because they are beautiful and the service is great, but I really didn't get along well with the thermoadhesive labels. They do not stick well to the clothes despite the fact that I followed the directions to the letter. On the second wash they came off partially or completely. And not on one or two clothes but on almost all of them. Despite the fact that already on the first order placed two years ago I was not 100% satisfied I tried to give them a second chance but again I was disappointed

The after-sales service needs to be improved. I received my incomplete order and was told that the missing products would be sent to me as soon as possible, but 8 days later still nothing. For my 2nd order it's a bit of a disappointment order placed on 28th August and to date still nothing apart from a sheet of gift stickers and the note that was supposed to come with the gourd..1st contact email telling me to wait 15 days after the deadline I decided to phone the person was very kind and told me that the order would be relaunched and sent back..it's been 1 week and there's no sign of the order either on my account or in my mailbox. I hope that my order will eventually arrive and that I won't have lost 46euro...my order included the gourd for my son's 1st birthday...too bad...
