Order never received after one month of waiting!!!! However, their site clearly states that they have a 48-hour lead time for the manufacture of personalized products and then a +1 day lead time for priority postal delivery. I contacted them several times and the only answer I got was that I had to wait again!!!! My daughter started school two weeks ago! We'll have to see if they'll be kind enough to give me a full refund!!!! What's more, I asked them for the tracking number of the order to find out where it is once the post office has received it, but no reply! Don't expect any order tracking, only messages telling you to wait and wait! Good customer service: The full refund of my order is pending due to a postal error!

The delivery was on time as promised and the look is also very nice. My daughter was delighted. Now the BUT... the textile stickers and also the iron-on ones came off after just one or two washes, despite following the instructions. So completely useless for labeling clothes. Extremely disappointed with the delivery time, the site advocates shipment in 48h maximum, I ordered on a Sunday, so I expected shipment on Wednesday at the latest and my order was shipped on Monday of the following week. I received it two days later, on the Wednesday of the new school year, which is a lesser evil, but I've only ordered twice, and I've had the same problem twice. After-sales service reimbursed me for the shipping costs, and was kind but without any real solution.

Good morning, I am a loyal customer: I had already ordered twice last year and was fully satisfied with the quality of the labels and the very fast service. This year I cannot say I am as satisfied: the service is always impeccable, the graphic rendering of the product in line with the images on the site and with the best expectations, but the thermoadhesive labels (unlike those of last order) come off. Despite ironing carefully and pressing well over the recommended 12 seconds with the sheet given in the package and waiting at least 2 days before using the garment, no way: the labels do not stick. I thought it was a fluke, but I have already almost finished the package.

Disappointed with the result, i took the kindergarten pack because it's my son's first, and in the end the labels with the iron don't hold they fall off after the first wash at 40° and sometimes they haven't even had time to go in the machine that they don't hold anymore. Self-adhesive labels hold up better, which is why I give them 3 stars. I really wouldn't have paid so much for labels if I'd known they wouldn't hold up, and also for the time it took my mom to do all the laundry!!!!

I've been ordering back-to-school labels for my children for 4 years now, and so far I've had nothing to complain about in terms of labels and service. But this time I'm not satisfied with the clothing labels. It's impossible to remove them easily from the notebook. 3 stars because part of it is very satisfactory, in particular the self-adhesive labels for clothes. However, 3/4 of my son's clothes have been put on iron-on labels and now it's a disaster! They almost all come off and I find some in the machine, even though I followed the instructions and they seemed to stick well at the start! Disappointed by the iron-on labels I also ordered a personalized bag, which was perfect. Delivery was rather quick in a rush period, I think, with the start of the new school year! All in all, I'd recommend the self-adhesive labels, but not the iron-on ones!
