This is my second order, the first I was very happy with, but this one I'm very, very disappointed with!!!!!! The labels are always pretty, but for many of them, removing them from their paper backing is a mission ;; too much glue, you damage them trying to detach them...the iron-on labels, despite the 12 seconds left with the iron and( a few seconds more), peel off in places..I thought I'd complain and send them back... DOMMAGE........ I trusted C MON ETIQUETTE

I've been using your labels for 3 years now, and so far I've had nothing but positive things to say about them. However, this year I've noticed a deterioration in the quality of the labels. In fact, some are very difficult to remove from the backing (the clothing stickers), and the iron-on ones (applied as explained in the instructions) come off the garments after only 1 wash! I'm relatively disappointed with my order.

I'd seen this site advertised on TV, so I thought it was serious. I placed my order and within 2 days the labels were shipped. Unfortunately, more than a week later I still haven't received anything and when I try to contact them, no one replies to my e-mails. For the last order, it took 3 shipments to FINALLY receive my correct order. I've never had anything to complain about except this order, which took over 3 weeks to be sent correctly. Order made on August 9th, for anniversary kit and 20 stickers with the new date of our wedding (AUGUST 22nd 2020), received on Monday August 31st. Having had no other problems before with C-MonEtiquette, I will recommend them as they are good products. We'll see about the next order!!!

Nice stickers, but 30 euros for a simple booklet is just too much. If this were a pretty little album, then fine. But as it is, it is quite unwieldy, especially for children's hands, and will quickly become damaged and/or easily lost. Shipping by post is also questionable for this amount, as it is uninsured. What's more, it comes in a simple envelope, so the simple booklet is crumpled! However, the terms and conditions make it clear that little value is apparently placed on consumer rights. I did not receive the confirmation email, nor have I received a reply to the email query I wrote. They say that production takes 48 hours but we don't know when the order will arrive. I need it now. I received my order this morning, delivery time more than correct, 1 week between order and delivery. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order; the gourd is superb although it seems a little "fragile" to me, I'm afraid that the slightest shock could damage the decoration... To be seen in time! A little more disappointed by the lunchbox, the box itself is nice but for the price I wasn't expecting a decalco... That said, I think that if the gourd holds up well, n°3 will also have the right to his gourd and lunchbox when the time comes.
