Color error on my labels.

The iron-on labels come off in the machine wash. The rest of the labels are fine.

Label OK Delay not met

The labels are very nice but the delivery time was very long.

The products purchased (water bottle and labels) are very good products, the only flaw I find is that the products take a long time(we are over a month for the labels, the water bottle has already arrived at our destination)to be delivered to our home.

Very long delivery time and poor post order customer service, there should be an update on receiving, preparing, and sending goods. Since we received the charge we haven't heard anything for days and days finally receiving the goods after an unjustified time, if you then consider the very high costs compared to competitors in the market.

Delivery took a very long time, which is reason enough for me to give it only 3 stars.

The labels purchased are very beautiful and useful, but the delivery time from payment made is really too long. Purchased on September 12, arrived on September 26....seems really excessive to me

Arrived too quietly, coming off too easily and after only one wash! Nice but I expected more durable

A sticker for the ëitems' has been lost already- thought they'd be extra, extra adhesive but seem like regular stickers! So a bit overpriced in my opinion. They are pretty- but not worth the money. The clothes ones seem ok but yet to wash. Nicely presented in a little booklet- so an extra mark for that.

I am more or less satisfied with the labels ordered on your site. I received my order in my mailbox. But I was very disappointed with an order for my 3 year old daughter who has a food intolerance, so I placed an order for a lunch box with the fabric bag and the pack of maternal labels, which cost me 60.00euros. I found the delay long and your delivery partner "colissimo" says it delivered the little package to my letterbox, but I didn't see it inside. So be careful with colissimo deliveries without a signature because no recourse is possible. So I was really disappointed and my orders will only be for your labels.

Arrived late but after I wrote to them and they gave me an additional deadline they arrived before it expired. Very nice labels as requested

The few labels I've used so far are top-notch... too bad the delivery time is a few days longer than advertised.

Beautiful labels. Too bad you can't customize them further ( choosing different subjects and not just one) Sore note the waiting time....

Unfortunately despite entering the work address it was sent to my home address. I no longer reside there but fortunately I know who lives there and was able to bring the letter to me, otherwise it would have been much longer. About 3 weeks have passed since the order was placed. The quality of the product meets expectations.

The labels are beautiful but outside the delivery period, too late.

The shipment took more than I expected but mainly, some stickers fell after one laundry. this is my third time using petit and I was more pleased in the past

I love the products - they're faultless and really well designed. I've had mostly good experiences, but wasn't happy about waiting nearly a month for one of the products I ordered. I found that disappointing.

The order placed for shipment within 48 hours after placement was delivered after 10 days

Very nice labels but Petit Fernand is not at all competitive with amazon neither in cost nor in delivery time.... Too long.

Nice label, pretty patterns and colors

This is my second order with Petit-Fernand. Didnt face any problems the first time. But this time was very different. Very late delivery. The pages on the sticker book were loose. Some iron on labels fell out after 2 washes.

Shipping could be faster, but otherwise I love them!

The product is very nice and excellent, only that it took a while to arrive.

I don't know, I don't think I would order again... they don't convince me much.....

Some stickers with colored background have marks and the color is not uniform. The white ones are very good, the colored ones are regular.

I ordered a second run because I really liked the first one but when I washed the garments of the first run all the strips are coming off, it is not the first time I use these things but it is the first time they are coming off.

It has been more than 10 days since the order was placed and still nothing has arrived.

Nice labels but delivery takes too long

Half of them came with the right name and half with the wrong name.

The labels are pretty, but unfortunately after a month's use, several of them have come unstuck...

It has taken a long time to arrive. 14 days since I ordered it. The product is very good.

The labels are wonderful but this is the second time they have not arrived at home....

A little disappointed. 3 weeks after being installed, some of the clothing labels have already peeled off.

Unfortunately it took two weeks to be delivered. I was expecting my product in less than 3 days as it was advertised. I had to send an email asking about my product. There was no information prior that.

I have always been satisfied with the shipment At the reception and with the labels this time much, much delay on the reception of the reminder 3 times so that they send me back the labels which I did not receive with the first sending.
