The lunch box and bottle are nice in themselves, but there's only one sticker on the lunch box and it's not even flawless but has small flaws. I would have expected more for the price, e.g. a print that really lasts a long time and is of good quality. The sticker will probably not last very long. Then not only the name but also the motif will be gone. For me, this was a disappointing experience and I cannot recommend it to others. Delivery time was fine.

I like the fact that you can design the labels yourself. The delivery was also very quick. However, the iron-on labels don't hold very well, even though I ironed them exactly as instructed. I have now ordered the adhesive labels again, hopefully they will hold better.

The quality of the stickers is good, as far as I can tell. Implementation of the order and customer service unfortunately not so. I ordered 2 sets (1x school set 1x basic set) for 2 children. For over 40 . These were delivered mixed up in a booklet! Bad if these should be in school bag and sibling bag. I then kindly asked the customer service if you could please send me another booklet with ironing paper and then I would make 2 sets myself. However, this was not possible because if I wanted to have 2 sets each in a separate brochure then I would have to place 2 separate orders!!!! I could not find this procedure anywhere on the site. Even when I asked where this would be noted in the store, I only got the answer that this would unfortunately be the procedure... not very customer friendly!
