The product is fine, but the shipment took a long time and it is very complicated to get solutions from customer service. My order was automatically cancelled due to non-payment even though it was paid for. Despite sending them proof of payment and insisting on the issue by email, they offered me no solutions other than to place another order and pay again. Fortunately I called them by phone and they verified that it was paid for and they were able to send it to me. Even so, the waiting times and the attention I received make me think a lot about placing another order.

The spout has adjustable flow but unfortunately every time you need to open it and touch it, the cap is a bit hard. Very expensive shipping charges, they raise the total price of the product. Overall, the water bottle is very nice, the material environmentally friendly and durable.

Also regarding shipping costs, we are considering different options: at the moment they are fixed at 6 euros so, on an order of 14 euros it is a significant cost, but for an order of, for example, 3 flasks and 3 lunchboxes, they remain at 6 euros which becomes negligible. The canteen is very nice and keeps the drink fresh very well. It weighs quite a lot but I understand that because it is stainless steel. What we don't like is that it doesn't fit very well and that the nozzle is very difficult to remove, you have to use a lot of force and be careful not to get it wet because it would not be hygienic. We do not see it at all practical.

I ordered labels and a personalized box. I received the box but not the labels. So I contacted customer service to find out if the labels were in the same package. I was told to contact them again after 10 days if I still hadn't received my label order! They didn't answer my question... so after 10 days I contacted customer service again and they sent my labels back! Conclusion: A huge waste of time... Don't be in a hurry! But the labels seem to be of good quality. As for the personalized box, it's just a sticker on the top of the box that starts wrinkling after two washes in the dishwasher... a bit disappointed for the box.
