I ordered in total 60 stickers, which I've not yet received. I selected the standard free postage, however to my surprise I have recieved a fee due notice through from Royal Mail. The sender did not pay postage and I must pay £3.50 to get my stickers. I cannot comment on the stickers yet as I've not yet recieved them but disappointed already that there are 2 postage options and the Free standard is not infact free. I would have paid for the tracked postage had I of known.

What can happen, however, it that the customs demand some of our clients, on rare occasions, to pay a fee, that we absolutely refund! Have used the stick on name labels for a few years for my son starting from nursery and now for school. Good quality, reasonable price, delivery times ok. One tiny issue is that some stickers especially ones in corner don't peel off easily and are often unusable.
