I have had a hard time peeling the labels off the plastic they come with. They do not adhere well to the clothes after the first wash they came off, I ironed them again and the whole label is still coming off as a strip.

Excellent peoducts, both as quality and beauty (labels and thermal water bottle). However, I have updated my review as using the water bottle independently by a 3 year old is impossible. I wanted to let him use it at school, but it is really difficult to open, plus x to let the water out you have to turn the spout with your fingers, which means that such a small child will touch it with his hands (not always freshly washed), so it is unhygienic.

This was my second order (clothing stickers & personalized picnic box). The picnic box is super practical (although I haven't tried the coldpack yet). But the label on it had air bubbles - it didn't stick well. The clothes stickers weren't cut properly and when I took one of them a little extra bit of plastic came off too. I was very happy with my first order (pack for kindergarten), even if I'm not entirely convinced of the iron-on labels (they hold well but the finish after ironing is not so pretty in my opinion).

Beautiful labels and a wide choice of personalization options. However, I was very disappointed by the way the labels held on the clothes (choice of self-adhesive labels). We stuck the labels on a week ago and have just washed the clothes and unfortunately 1 out of 3 didn't stick. Too bad we'll be going back to another supplier with whom we haven't had this problem. We had chosen cmonetiquette for its wide choice of personalization ... In reply to yours: thank you, we're not idiots! As mentioned in my review above, we had used another supplier for our 4 year old son (knowing that he had been in daycare since he was 3 months old, we renewed our order with them twice), so we know all about sticking labels on the manufacturer or maintenance label! Despite the very nice design of your labels and the speed of your shipment, we won't be calling on your services again, because the price (almost identical to competitors) just doesn't add up.
