I don't usually comment or evaluate these things but the truth is that due to my anger I plan to do so. I rate it with the least high note because there is no other worse, I placed the order weeks ago that yes, to charge it if they were in a hurry and I still do not receive it, and it is not for what it cost me, which can give you for sack (to say the least) to the 10 euros but for the nefarious delivery and my wait, so if I ever receive it I will not buy again on this page there are other similar and with better valuations. After three weeks it still hasn't arrived.... Very bad courier service, customer service.

No not satisfied I made an order since December 7, 2019 I still do not have my order and nobody with whom to speak in person the 2numero communicate it never responds it is only by mail is not normal I was charged and on and December 29 am disappointed I am told that the service is closed until January 4 and I have to prepare the suitcase of my daughter who is leaving on a trip.

I still haven't received my order after 3 weeks and after an email reminder.

I ordered 6 bottles on 8/12 to give this Christmas to my nephews and they have not arrived yet (27/12/2019). It said 10 days maximum and it has already been 17...

Label ordered on December 3rd... it's the 24th and I still haven't received anything... the christening is very close... and nothing is moving... I don't know where I got my order! I've taken a very big risk...

The order is taking too long?

Poor review so far since the order did not arrive on time. Big problem if it doesn't arrive by Christmas.

Part of the order did not arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas present.

The package never arrived.

Paid order placed on December 9. It is now December 21 and I still haven't received anything. I wrote to ask for clarification and they replied that they put the order in shipping two days after my payment and that it depends on the Italian post office. Since the shipping they do is an untracked priority mail, there is no way to even solicit the post office. So I have to wait until December 26 (so they told me) to ask for a refund.

I'm still waiting for delivery and I don't even have the ability to track the unscheduled shipment for the labels. I don't know anything.

I have been 2 weeks today and still have not received the order. Contacted customer service, they respond that they do not provide links to track the package....

For the moment, my experience is limited to creating my own labels. It's very easy to use and the result looks very nice virtually. So far, I haven't received my order and I'm really surprised, since we're supposed to receive it very quickly. Can you tell me if I'll ever receive it? I'm a designer and for my Christmas markets I haven't been able to use them. Please let me know as soon as possible.

I paid for postage and they arrived by regular mail. I was hoping that the labels would be better when it came to gluing them. I can't speak about the result (duration) because I didn't have time, we'll see!

The cap I sent was faulty and leaking. I'm still waiting for the replacement cap...

Good product and very simple

The Christmas stickers are of very poor quality, they are very hard to remove and reposition very badly. I'm really disappointed and given the price it's not acceptable. I've never had a problem with labels before.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase... I cut the labels off my daughter's clothes to avoid any inconvenience, so for the nursery I ordered iron-on labels. They were beautiful and I stuck them on following the recommendations. I'm really disappointed, I've wasted my time and I have to redo everything... I might as well tell you that it won't be with iron-on labels from cmonetiquette...

After several orders for labels to mark my child's clothes, for which I was satisfied, I ordered the "Snowman" window sticker and I'm really disappointed with this product. The die-cuts are poorly made and parts of the sticker tear despite my best efforts. For a relatively small product costing 15, I'm not satisfied.

My order never arrived!!!

My order never arrived after almost two months and after complaining twice. The customer service is lousy, they never take the calls and when they do, a very annoying girl talks to you without the slightest attempt to be cordial even if you talk to her in a good way. I have asked for my money back and to this day I have had no response. I hope you read this and that you take my claim into account, because otherwise it is impossible.

Very disappointed by the size of the bags, the photo of the child with the bag is absolutely not representative. As a result, paying 12 for a tiny bag with a 6 delivery charge that is not at all justified, is shameful.... I would absolutely not recommend and would advise against such a purchase.
