The idea is superb. Our children got their water bottles 2 months ago. The caps were impossible to close. Called customer service twice and got new caps, but one was still impossible to close (by an adult, so the kids ... ). And now all the enamel at the bottom of the 2 bottles is coming off. We're very disappointed with the quality of the bottles, which we thought we'd keep for several years, but it'll only be a few months. The value for money is not good enough for us, quite the contrary. And the children are very disappointed because they can't use them as they like.

The designs are cute but the stick on label option fell off after only 1 wash. I sent a complaint email and got a reply saying that they were delighted I received my order and that I should leave a review which I found odd. So here I am, leaving a negative one. It's a shame because they weren't cheap and was excited when I got them.

I put 3 stickers on the labels of 3 T-shirts. I followed the instructions exactly. I washed them 3 days later at 40'C and all 3 stickers fell off. For the price this is very disappointing

Order placed on March 22 and to date April 12 still nothing received! I contacted customer service 2 times by e-mail and they told me that I hadn't paid on time and that my order had been cancelled, even though my Visa card had been debited on March 22! After checking, they told me that the order had supposedly left on March 23 and that it wasn't their fault that the post office hadn't delivered on time! It's easy to put the blame on others! First and last order and your advertising won't be done, that's for sure!
