I placed the order around January 14 and was told that I would receive my order in about 10 business days. I wanted it for a gift and it would arrive in time for me to give it. The day came and the package still hadn't arrived and I sent an email. They told me that the only option they gave me was to refund my money. To which I said ok, but that I had been left without a gift and that I was losing out because I no longer had the opportunity to give that gift. They said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. I waited a bit to see if it would arrive, but in February I told them to return it to me because it still hadn't arrived. Anyway, they did the return and the package never arrived. Not even a month later. Very disappointed and I do not recommend it. If you want a gift, buy it elsewhere.
