Beautiful labels and very well made!!! Only on clothes they don't last!!! My son came back from school and already from the undershirt was gone!!! Plus on the first wash only a few remained but several found it in the basket detached!!! Sorry but I was not satisfied!!!

I have ordered many times but have never been so disappointed. Goods were ordered in November and then delivered incompletely at the beginning of December. I have now been in contact with customer service for several weeks. What can I say, every time I get a different excuse..... First the shipment was lost, then the printing press broke, then it was supposed to have been produced again.... The suffering and the associated anger grows and grows. Neither money nor missing goods received and then after more than 2 months. I am so disappointed. In future I'd rather order from the competition.

Unfortunately, on the personalized water bottle I ordered for my son, the name is not spelled correctly. After my initial contact I was told that the name was printed based on what I had entered when I placed the order. Confident that I had entered the name correctly I check the email of the order, download the photo and, as proof of my assertion, attach it to the new email I send, certain of a response in which, unable to deny the evidence, I would be offered a solution since, I repeat, it was clear that the error was not mine but that of petit fernand who had mistakenly printed the name. Again I am answered that orders are not changed by them, ignoring the evidence of my correct order demonstrated by the photo. Conversely, I have not received any evidence to show that the error was my fault. Too bad, the products are good, I had in the past ordered several labels for my children and always had a good time. I expected from a serious company that they would at least acknowledge the error as I demonstrated
