I find it lacking in choice of images and colors. Labels a little too small.

More labels for items and less for clothes would be needed, the kindergarten package was more correct last year

Hello, I ordered 2 lunch boxes + 2 gourds... last year I also ordered. But I'm not very satisfied with the caps on the gourds, my children have difficulty closing them. I have a problem with the 2 ...

This is my third year buying from them.... Good products, but this round THE STICKS ARE NOT COMING. I recommend relying on a courier, or if you want to work with the post office put traceability!

Deliveries by mail are not acceptable, time too long! I recommend finding a good express courier with competitive foreign prices.

The labels are nice but most of them come off in the wash... disappointed

After sticking the labels on the cray3pns and markers in my little boy's pencil case, I realized that the very next day, some of the labels were already coming off?

The labels are pretty. However, I was disappointed with the reception: thinking I could use them to mark clothes, I discovered that I could only use them on objects. All in all: disappointed with this purchase!

Fast delivery, nice finish, but the labels don't hold well enough and the iron-on ones peel off.

Bought two lots of 30 stickers for my 2 daughters. Design is nice (they picked their own) and they arrived 8 days after ordering. The stickers do not come off the sheet easily or properly and several have ripped even though I was very careful. I haven't washed them yet so hope they stay on the labels! Won't buy again unfortunately.

Very enthusiastic at the outset, I was a little disappointed when I used it, as some iron-on labels applied following the instructions to the letter came off without even going through the washing machine, and on simple items like sweaters and t-shirts. I haven't used my whole batch of iron-on labels yet, so I'm hoping it was due to a few faulty labels and that the others will stay in place. To be seen.

Hard-to-peel label

Very good, the labels are perfect. To be seen after several washes... after several washes the labels come off very easily.

I ordered 2 times thinking to order labels for pens and each time I was wrong.

They look nice, but they can't be removed. And if you do manage to remove them, they are broken ????? I have no idea what you want to achieve with them. (only applies to the adhesive stickers on clothing) Unfortunately, I also entered the wrong name for some of them and couldn't change it when asked. I didn't receive a voucher for the next order either. I'm now buying mine from another company. What a pity.

Unfortunately, I can't judge because I never received my order. A number error slipped into my address. I thought that the order would be reshipped following my e-mail but no, they just suggested that I go and see my neighbors.

I placed two orders and they arrived in good time but the adhesive stickers for clothing peel off at the edges and do not stick back on properly. The hot melt stickers seem to work fine. I contacted the company and have not heard back from them yet.

It keeps the water cold for a long time, the only drawback is that the base cracks quickly.

Very nice but too big. In my case I ordered it for my 5 year old girl to take lunch to school and when I received it I saw how big the lunch box was. The design is beautiful but for small children it is too bulky and unwieldy. Maybe it was my mistake for not making sure with the measurements.

I'd give an average score, not for the quality of the labels, which is up to scratch every year, and for the contact service, which is available without problem. But the order was placed on August 27th and received on September 5th. The delivery time was much too long, despite the "priority" pricing, and it's a shame that your delivery service provider is causing you so much trouble.

When I placed my first order 3 years ago, the label booklet ordering 2 pages of labels for the shoes was not printed. For my second order, everything went very well and was received on time. And for my third order, placed at the beginning of August, I received the gourd very quickly, but they forgot all my labels 1 month later. I'm still waiting, but following my complaint, I should receive it soon. Very unfortunate, because the labels are great and so are the gourds.

The labels look great and once ironed on clothes the result was as expected, unfortunately I am giving only two starts as the labels for the shoes arrived with a capital letter changed for a lower case so my son´s surname looks a bit weird having all the letters in capital case and only one letter in the middle as lower case. Anyway I have kept them as it goes on the insole so not very noticeable and I run out of time as my son has already started school, so I had no time to return them.

Perfect label as requested, but delivery times for Belgium are extremely long. As well as the shipping which is not done for the 48h promised. My order was placed on 20/08 and shipped on 27 ?? August. I received it after school on 4/09.

I'm disappointed, it's a real shame because the labels are pretty, well made and delivered quickly, but after just one trip to the washer/dryer, they start to peel off (after the first wash!).

No possibility of exchange if you get the wrong type of label. After-sales service to be reviewed.

The 48h delivery was received in 8 days...a little disappointed but the labels are very nice and conform to my expectations.

The isothermal box broke: the clasp broke without having used the box. It was only when opening and closing the box that the clasp let go in my 3 year old's hands. Otherwise, the labels are beautiful and shipping is fast. I'll be able to test the service and customer care

Shoe label illegible after one day

I'm disappointed, not enough detiquette for the high price. I prefer one of their competitors, I would no longer recommend detiquette on this site.

First time I'm disappointed. The 1-line labels were not made correctly. The centering of the text was not good, so when you take the labels off and put them back on, it doesn't look right!

I'm very disappointed by the self-adhesive labels on the clothes: after the 1st wash, most of the labels have gone in the machine! On the other hand, the self-adhesive labels for objects and shoes are holding up well so far (I put them on 1 week ago, so it's hard to say how well they'll hold up in such a short time!)

When I received them, I was delighted but I wanted to see how they turned out... sometimes it's hard to peel off the label, I've even torn some, but they hold up really well, even after washing.

Easy to make labels, fast delivery Unfortunately the shoe labels don't stand up to sweaty feet and turn white very quickly! I don't recommend them!

Labels do not adhere well to iron. Expensive for not much

After the 1st wash at 40°, some of the labels had already peeled off. Admittedly, the design and packaging are nice, but the iron-on labels are a bit large for 3/4-year-old clothes. As for the iron-on labels, I'm happy with them for the time being.

My first label for ironing almost melted after a few seconds, despite the protective paper and a stain appeared on the jacket, it would be nice if you would write more information about the handling of the labels for ironing, 12 seconds is far too much, which are entered!
