Pretty design, but disappointed! I have followed the instructions for using, but just after the first wash some of them came out!

The self-adhesive labels don't stick, they've barely been through the washing machine at 30°C. I found them unstuck even though they were stuck on September 1 and were washed on September 7, so I'm disappointed.

The iron-on labels came off in the first wash, but I waited to wash the clothes, which was a shame because the other labels were great.

Very pretty, but they wash out.

I placed my order 10 days ago and I still haven't received anything.

Some labels are personalized and most are not. Too bad it wasn't specified on my order.

Ordered on the morning of August 26th, made on the 28th and sent on the 29th... Fortunately received on the 31st, just in time for the start of the new school year! So minus 1 star... Facebook's sales department refuses to admit that there was a slight delay in taking charge of the order, claiming to respect the 48-hour manufacturing + dispatch deadline. They send as they say in d+1, but announce that the delay of the post office can go from "2 to 10 days for the delivery" ?? They don't hesitate to blame the delay on this cause! Minus 1 other star! The labels are as requested. We'll have to see how long they last. I recommend it, but make sure you do it well in advance, just in case.

Very nice label, but the self-adhesive label does not wash off, very disappointed.

The labels are very well done in the designs,the only thing for which I did not give full marks was because it was not easy for me to understand without seeing them first at home the real size of the.different labels and the price maybe a little high,to be rewarded the.speed accordingly .Bravo.

Recommendable, but I think the product needs to be improved because in my case I had to remove the labels one by one from the calpin in order to stick them on the vetemnts. The labels don't peel off quickly.

The thermo adhesive stickers do not stick to the fabric. I tried them on tracksuits, bodysuits, muslin and they do not stick.

Labels received too late to be used (1 week after order). Otherwise, quality apparently ok.

Order received very late, well after the start of the school year, so the supplies are already at school and the labels are useless...

Very cute and practical labels but the delivery time is longer than indicated. 5 days instead of the 48h mentioned. Compared to the competitor L... who deliver in 48h or even sooner.

Too long delays this time

After the first wash from using the labels quite a few came off the clothes

I never received my order. A commercial gesture was nevertheless made afterwards, as the company received my parcel in return for an incorrect address. I wasn't able to get the labels I wanted for my children's christening, but this acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction is a relief all the same. Thank you

The labels are of good quality, but some have come off the garments after only one day's wear...

The labels are very pretty. I found that the termo stickers didn't stick well, so I had to try several times. Now it's better. The thin labels are great for marking school supplies. I placed a second order on Tuesday and today, Saturday, there's still nothing in the mail. Don't be in a hurry.

Delivery took much longer than 48 hours. I ordered on Monday and received it on Tuesday of the following week, and it was too late.

The labels are great. I took the elementary school pack. The delivery time in Belgium is reasonable Cad 5 working days. But the after-sales service for information via mail and phone is not efficient!!!! Only the messenger service is competent. You need to know this to avoid wasting a lot of time.

Definitely very cute! But disappointed, does not resist 2 washes...

I find it lacking in choice of images and colors. Labels a little too small.

More labels for items and less for clothes would be needed, the kindergarten package was more correct last year

Hello, I ordered 2 lunch boxes + 2 gourds... last year I also ordered. But I'm not very satisfied with the caps on the gourds, my children have difficulty closing them. I have a problem with the 2 ...

This is my third year buying from them.... Good products, but this round THE STICKS ARE NOT COMING. I recommend relying on a courier, or if you want to work with the post office put traceability!

Deliveries by mail are not acceptable, time too long! I recommend finding a good express courier with competitive foreign prices.

The labels are nice but most of them come off in the wash... disappointed
