Reception much too late

The labels never arrived

I placed the order on September 16 and still have not received the goods, very bad experience not to be repeated!

I have been waiting for 20 days for the.goods ordered

Unfortunately, the delivery system is not reliable, the order never arrived for me.

They have taken a very long time to send it

I have not received anything!!!

I placed the order because I would have it in 48 hours, which was not the case, since they did it in 48 hours but then it had to arrive... I thought well, I misunderstood...they sent it to me, and it said that I would have it in 10 days and I am still waiting and the deadline has passed...I am totally dissatisfied.

I received the labels but they were all wrong, I wrote two mails, but no one replied!!!!!

I ordered the week on September 11 and it is now September 28 and I still haven't even received my first order.

Easy to use, very well presented, good quality. Only downside The site promises a delivery time of 48 hours for my order I waited 8 days.

Nice products too bad that one of the 2 water bottles purchased and paid 22 euros, and arrived with a broken cap, I sent two e mails but no response.

I still haven't received my stickers an passed we are going for the 4th week... Give me my money back

Order placed on September 11th and still not received, very very disappointed.

It has taken too long to arrive, the stickers are fine but there are other companies that have brought it to me much faster in 2 days I had them at home and not like now that took me 15 days! That's a big handicap I'm sorry.

Very bad delivery service... I placed an order on 7/9 that was supposed to arrive in 3 days to 10 max and on 28/9 I still haven't had delivery, I wasn't notified of the delay, to this day I don't know where the goods are and if they will be delivered to me

Batch of labels received complete and usable after more than 3 weeks after several reminders and complaints due to the first delivery being incomplete and defective (2 weeks for the first delivery). Self-adhesive clothing labels that don't stick, or don't stick for more than a week. A shame when you order from this merchant for this particular product. Even more of a shame because the labels are really, really pretty.

Expensive for what it is. The labels are already peeling off and I paid for over 30 labels. I wouldn't recommend it. They focused more on the packaging than on the quantity and quality of the product.

Very bad service did not arrive on the scheduled date and takes a long time to answer.

Very disappointed, there was no transparent board for the shoe labels, so the water green color turns gray or peels off... I had just taken shoe labels as well as those for the clothes, so I placed a small order because I still had to pass them on. When you pay for a 28 pack, you get everything, and for a small order, it's sloppy and not serious.

Absolutely disappointed. I received someone else's order. I emailed the company & I sent them a message via Instagram....no one bothered to reply back. I then rang them and they said that they will resend the order. I still haven't received it, I have since sent them another message to which they have failed to reply to.

We ordered the first days of September ...we are still waiting to receive(September 27) ... yet we don't live at the end of the world....

I placed my order 22 days ago, it was supposed to be from 5 to 10, and I still have not received anything, I was told to verify the address, I did it and this is 4 days ago and I still have no answer.

I have left my order to a neighbor.... Lucky it's a village and we know each other.... Very bad service.

Order placed on 7/9/2019, as of today (27/9) I still haven't received anything.... I am sorry, especially for my daughter who cared so much about it. From customer service they told me to be patient until 26/9, at this point I can only leave a negative review since they don't even answer emails anymore...
