Order placed 16 days ago. Nothing has arrived yet. Nor have you responded to my email.

The stickers are nice but the shipping and production time is not the 24h they say. Basically you have to wait a week.

They came right off-they didn't even go through the first wash. The thermoadhesive labels are really bad.

I have not received my order, it is a scam.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product, most of the clothing labels have not withstood even the first wash, they have peeled off, and I followed the instructions step by step. As for the labels for the objects, the paint has been peeling off since the first use, a disappointment. I will not repeat the purchase.

I wrote several mails and comments that the labels did not stick well, in fact all the labels when washing the garment have fallen off......I wrote for a solution but I have not received any news. Regards

Mine is an anger review, it may be that the item I ordered is beautiful but the problem is that I still receive it and it has been 22 days since the order.

Have never received my £12 order. Very disappointing.

I have been waiting for my order for a month and it still hasn't arrived, I send them emails and they don't even read them and they don't give me my money back.

Order placed on September 4, charged on September 9 and on October 1 we still have not received the order....

They should charge the amount when they ship it, not when the order is placed. I reiterate my comment, fast to charge and slow to send it. Of course I will not order anything again no matter how good they look, nor will I recommend it to anyone because all my friends have had the same thing happen to them. Lousy service

Easy to use, very well presented, good quality. Only downside The site promises a delivery time of 48 hours for my order I waited 8 days.

It has taken too long to arrive, the stickers are fine but there are other companies that have brought it to me much faster in 2 days I had them at home and not like now that took me 15 days! That's a big handicap I'm sorry.

Very bad delivery service... I placed an order on 7/9 that was supposed to arrive in 3 days to 10 max and on 28/9 I still haven't had delivery, I wasn't notified of the delay, to this day I don't know where the goods are and if they will be delivered to me

Batch of labels received complete and usable after more than 3 weeks after several reminders and complaints due to the first delivery being incomplete and defective (2 weeks for the first delivery). Self-adhesive clothing labels that don't stick, or don't stick for more than a week. A shame when you order from this merchant for this particular product. Even more of a shame because the labels are really, really pretty.
