This time unfortunately I have to give negative feedback, I ordered labels for me to put on my work uniform but it is already the third time I have to reattach them.With my son's it did not happen, in fact on the kindergarten pinafores they have been there for two years! The bottle I bought has a stopper that doesn't close anymore after barely a month. I understand better that colored stoppers are sold in addition...so that if the initial one malfunctions...you think you have a solution but frankly after a month of use it's a bit tight.

I have called several times (I get the answering machine with customer service hours from 09:30 to 18:00hrs), of all the times I have called I have managed to get one and the explanation is as follows. I placed my order in August, confident they would arrive on time given their aggressive advertising of “made in 48 hrs”. Of course I did not expect to receive them in two days, I thought 10 days might be it. I WAS SO WRONG!!!! Long story short, I never received them. After posting in their social media several times, they contacted me and said they would expedite the order. That was closely to a month after I ordered them. They didn't arrive, I complained again and they promised to send a new set. I accepted and this one didn't arrive either. Being November, I got tired of waiting for my order placed in August and told them to refund me, and they did. That's the only positive thing I can say. I won't buy from them again.

Indeed sometimes there can be a problem with the post service and we will resend the order to our costs. It is very rare though that it does not arrive a 3rd time. The water bottle is very durable but the caps are a disaster!!!! We changed 3 of them in 2 months, every time the water bottle falls the cap breaks! They are in the hands of children , you have to make them more durable
