After several years of ordering on the site, I ordered again and this time I was very disappointed. I ordered for the first time a gourd and a snack box, the thermo gourd arrived with the drawings completely yellowed although the material seems to be of excellent quality. The patterns are really disappointing. Maybe it's just bad luck

After three years of ordering from this site without any problems, this year it's a catastrophe. The labels never arrived, even though it was noted that delivery was guaranteed before the start of the school year. I had to call customer service time and time again to get a return by colissimo. Their service has no view on the tracking of packages, so I have to wait to get a return. 15 days later I received my labels with a different design than the one selected, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me.

2 orders placed for my 2 daughters, labels for one of my daughters ended up in the middle of the 2nd daughter's notebook. One page just lay in the notebook without being stapled. And all the pages were staggered in the 2 notebooks (shorter sheets under longer ones). For the price of the booklet, I find that the service provided is not qualitative. Customer service was unable to offer a commercial gesture without my asking, and the first response to my complaint was "we'll do better next time". Too bad. There won't be a next time, I'll order elsewhere.
