Three years ago I turned to you for a set of labels and was very pleased: very good quality materials (the labels to this day are still attached and perfect) and shipping on time without any problems. I then turned to you again this year, but this time unfortunately I had only one major disservice: I ordered a set of labels on September 4, but it never arrived (despite the fact that my credit card was charged immediately!). I then contacted customer service, who was helpful and assured me of a second shipment of the goods on September 24. To date, however, I still have not received anything! The very bad (and very strange) handling of shipments discourages people from relying on you

The products are definitely quality, but the customer service, inability to have tracking and zero info on the website regarding shipping (school products arrived after 15 days, in 2 different shipments) make my rating poor. Very bad experience at a very high cost.

So upset I ordered 2 sets of 20 labels for £12 in September they still hadn't turned up so I emailed them and got a response saying that payment hadn't gone through which I thought was strange as I'm sure it had anyway I checked my account and there was a transaction for £12 but it didn't say the company name so I paid again and the same company name came up so I now know I paid! I've had no response and no product even though I paid £24 I am contacting the bank to report fraud and try and get a refund.

I ordered a set of 50 adhesive labels for clothing from Esistmeines and stuck approx. 22 adhesive labels on items of clothing. When the clothes with the adhesive labels were washed once, 4 labels had come off even though the instructions for attaching them had been followed. Today another 2 labels have come off. The clothes were only washed at 30 degrees, never put in the dryer. I would give 5 stars out of 5 for the design, but only 1 star for the product quality.

Very poor quality of the iron-on labels. All fell off after the first wash. All the instructions were strictly followed, nevertheless, some of the labels didn't attach at all the rest got lost in the washing machine. The company refused to provide a refund, sent me new labels instead, but they were the same crap.

Lovely looking labels and easy for a young child to spot their belongings. However, not when the labels fall off. Not even at half term yet and the labels have come off the drink bottle, snack pot, book bag, two jumpers and trousers. Sadly all style and no substance.

Frankly, this is a lousy product with no appeal. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. The problem is recurrent. The iron-on labels don't stick. It says in the guide that they are machine wash and tumble dry resistant. I received my batch of 100 labels a few weeks ago. I followed the procedure to the letter. Despite this, some labels are already starting to come off. Quite frankly, I've been ripped off. I'm not in the habit of expressing my dissatisfaction on the networks. Normally you would have to deduct stars. Absolute rip-off. I ordered one of the personalized lunch boxes almost 5 weeks ago and paid directly. The promise was 48 hours. After 3 weeks still nothing came so I shouted to customer service and they said it would be sent again and again within 48 hours. Whereby she first wrote the labels. So the email wasn't even read properly. Unfortunately, everything was written very dubiously. Now another 1 1/2 weeks have passed and still no order in sight. That's almost 5 weeks now. Can't be right. I find it absolutely outrageous. I now want my money back and will order elsewhere.

Disappointing, all but two tags have remained on my children's clothes. The rest I found in the washing machine drum. I spoke to customer services and they asked for my order number even though it was at the top of the email and more photos, even though I sent one with one tag that was hanging off. Would not recommend, such a shame as I bought them years ago and they were brilliant. Definitely not worth the extra money.

Been waiting over a week for the labels. No status yet as to whether they have been sent or not. When I want to log into my account, it just says that it is not valid, which I know for sure cannot be the case. If I go to forgotten password, I also get one for my email address, but if I enter it, it says that it is invalid. I wanted to contact customer service but that doesn't work.
