Despite the lovely labels and fast delivery, I'm rather disappointed with the quality of the product. The iron-on labels peel off very easily, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. The object labels come off too, or you have to put a layer of tape over them. I finally bought myself a permanent marker, which is ugly but holds better. It's a shame, because the website is well designed, intuitive and easy to use, and the prices are in line with the competition, so they're fair from the outset.

Very bad shipping! Order placed Sept 6 and nothing has arrived yet. Made email reminder, they replied to wait until Sept. 21 and if it did not arrive, advise. Wrote another email to which I received no response. Can't judge the quality (not having tried them) but definitely not very useful having started school two weeks ago!
