It is the third purchase that I repeat with them, the products are of quality and quite durable, as I still have garments 4 years ago with the heat adhesive stickers intact; now except the first order 4 years ago the other two have arrived VERY LATE, I speak of a delay of more than 10 days things that today is not normal. I also consider that if they would inform the delivery times that they have many would not buy because it is super good that the manufacture is in 24-48 hours but if the delivery is then more than 10 days off and let's go. I wanted to give a vote of confidence thinking that the previous time it could be something punctual, but I see that no and they don't care. So for all these reasons, no, I do not recommend it unless at least 1 month before you plan to buy from them and maybe with so much time in advance you can get it by the time you need it... disappointment!

Labels ordered on August 20 and still not arrived. Ms. caterina's response is that there must have been inefficiency with the post office but the package is not traceable. Asked for confirmation of shipping address and no other response. Asked to resend labels but as of yesterday still no response. Tonight sent further reminder email. If they want to sell abroad as well they should rely on traceable delivery service otherwise they risk indelibly compromising their seriousness.

Non-existent and dishonest customer service. I ordered on August 22, I received an email that it was shipped on the 26th, today it's September 8 and I still haven't received my order! Impossible to reach customer service. They only responded when I left a not favorable review on their Instagram account. It was, of course, a generic response - "patient until Saturday, September 5."
