Unfortunately it took two weeks to be delivered. I was expecting my product in less than 3 days as it was advertised. I had to send an email asking about my product. There was no information prior that.

Hello Sarah, we are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the delivery date and that you did not get an answer. This is not normal. All messages are treated, but sometimes in the high season (which is just over now), it can take a bit longer. We hope you have received an answer by now and if not invite you to contact us again. Concerning delivery, as mentioned on our website, all orders are produced and send out after 48 h and the Post Service takes 2 - 6 Days for delivery. Thank you very much, Kindly, Marylin
