The truth is that I am unhappy, because when I washed the garments with the label, many of them have unfolded.

Order never arrived. It should have arrived three weeks ago now so I assume it will never arrive again!

After 20 days I still haven't received my order

My labels nn stick, will they be defective I don't know. I followed the instructions but no luck. What a disappointment.

Very i misleading the delivery time it said shipping in 48 hours and instead it is more than 10 gg that I ordered them and they have not arrived yet much to the disappointment of my child who was expecting them for the start of school!

I have not yet received the labels so I am not rating the quality of the product but the service. The problem is not so much the delivery time but the total inability, even upon specific request, to track the shipment. It is not possible to have a tracking number. A delay can be handled if you know the timeframe, providing otherwise in waiting, but only if they know the timeframe and answering 10 days is not reliable.

I'm very disappointed, I placed 4 orders, one arrived on time, the 2nd arrived after 3 weeks of waiting and a call to the after-sales service, I'm still waiting for the last 2 orders! That's almost 1 month's delay... for back-to-school gifts, it's a miss!

Adhesive thermos names do not stick well, and when washed they peel off.

I passed an order on September 8 and until today which is September 22 I still haven't received it.

Absolutely poor ! I purchased the elementary package at 30 on September 3 and still have not received anything !

Chilling experience to say the least. Suffice it to say that I was emailed for one who misunderstood their terms of sale. I strongly criticized the use of an untraceable postal service to ship the labels, well I ordered September 9 and still don't have the labels. They will tell you they are still on time to receive them, sure, they count 10 business days...as if it is normal nowadays to wait more than 10 days for an order. On top of that, they send me the email to evaluate the shopping experience but hear hear: I still haven't received the order so what the heck am I supposed to evaluate??! If I have to evaluate the experience so far I say absolutely terrible.

The order arrived 3 weeks late. The customer service has been bad, they have not answered our phone and email messages, always an automatic response, without solving our problem. The customer service was a disappointment.

I still have not received my order from the 30th August!

Placed the order on September 6, and I still haven't received anything. I needed the labels for school so I was forced to adjust differently.

I placed the order on September 9, it has been 13 days and I have not received anything. On the site though they highlight the delivery on 48 hours, then if you read the full shipping conditions, which however are not visible as the 48 hours, but you have to look it up, then they say about the 10 days. In my opinion the message they give is misleading. I wrote to customer service who replies to me to wait until the 26th, but the say days expire on the 23rd.

I have not received my order after 15 days.

Label ordered on September 6th still not received (on the 21st) customer service does not answer precisely to the questions asked and the quality of the products I do not know anything about it we will see if I receive them one day.

I placed the order three weeks ago and still haven't received anything. I think it is a scam and they do not provide any stickers. When I contacted them to ask why the delay, they said the order is in transit and if I don't receive anything within a month, they will try another shipment. We'll see if they really will send me the labels, otherwise they will have scammed me--I'm very angry but at least I only lost 12.
