Be careful when selecting colour options, we went for dark with pale text in a clear font and colours on screen look more vibrant, when it come to them arriving even the icon wasn't that clear and name wasn't clear enough for my child with glasses to identify it.

As I was very satisfied with my order last year, I repeated the experience this year. Out of 3 batches of labels ordered, two seem to have a manufacturing defect. Each label doesn't peel off, as if it hadn't been precut. When I try to peel one of them off, the page folds, but the labels don't peel off. It's as if they're still welded together. So I can't use them. I've sent an email about this but haven't yet received a reply.

After a month and a half still waiting. Basically the delivery date has arrived. I would appreciate a response. I will leave the initial review at the end. Catherine, I thank you for your quick response. I do, however, detect yet another inaccuracy. Order June 30. Shipped on July 2 it says that the delay can be up to 10 working days at most, not 15. From this platform it is not possible for me to attach screenshot (obscured of my data) that I prepared. You are very kind but the information still does not match the truth. Available to share the screen if I have a chance. That said, delays of course can be there, as I said, just need to be honest. 10 business days maximum is what it says and it has been 12. Again, all it would take is just giving the correct information. I still would have purchased but I don't like stubborn attempts at reason in the face of evidence. That said, the product is really good! Daniela The labels are very nice and useful but the orders are processed and delivered with very long lead times and not matching what was stated before payment... Simply put, you make time to deliver before the labels arrive...Too bad, bsst would state the timeline before purchase with a tiny bit of honesty so you can adjust.

For orders shipped to Italy, priority mail delivery times theoretically correspond to 2-3 additional business days. Incorrect colors and totally useless after-sales service. Nice labels on the visual, but once the order has been validated and paid for, it's not the same color. On receipt, it's not the color of the visual chosen. I made a remark to the after-sales service to improve or recalibrate the rendering of their visuals, and there was a big dialogue of the deaf. An adviser who at best doesn't understand and at worst doesn't care, saying that there's no mistake, given that the order form is more or less the same color as what I received, so that's the end of it. We don't give a damn about the screenshot of the basket before ordering (red), which is far from the result (pink). It's easy to accuse the customer of having made a mistake, but the pink color received doesn't even exist in the choice of visuals. Mistakes are human and forgivable, but stubborn stupidity is not for me. If you don't want to be disappointed 2 times (on receipt and by the after-sales service), go the other way.
