We were sent the wrong name labels with someone else name on. Now I know mistakes are made and this is fine but it's how a company rectifies it that counts. In order to get the new correct ones delivered in time I asked for them to be sent fast tracked, I was repeatedly ignored. As a result they were sent standard delivery and haven't turned up in time for my kids starting school. I'm very disappointed in the level of service shown

Took a long time to arrive, i ordered them in plenty of time for school to start, 4 weeks prior to the start of school, came 2 days before and I received the wrong order!! I've got someone else's children's name stickers and I emailed the company to them just wanting me to send photos over as said a refund will be issued. No apology nothing. 2 days before school starts!! Avoid avoid avoid!!

Very pretty bottles BUT after 5 days of use, my daughter's name comes off. I say "comes off" because it's a sticker. What's more, the color of the bottles is already fading. My daughters are very careful. I'm going to send a message to the after-sales service and hope to be reimbursed. I don't agree with paying so much for them to be damaged 5 days later.

Very disappointed this year. The labels are much more difficult to remove from the boards than in previous years. The labels get damaged or even torn when you try to remove them from the board, which prevents them from adhering properly to the garments.

I was basically very happy with the labels, beautiful design, in booklet form with application explanations for each type of label. Easy to apply. Unfortunately, the first time I washed them at 30 degrees, after waiting a week after application to make sure they had set properly, everything had come off. I'm very disappointed, I didn't buy these labels so that I'd have to reapply them every time I washed my child's clothes.
