I am not at all satisfied with my order. I ironed on all the labels and when my daughter came back from camp, some had already peeled off. After putting them in the washing machine, all the labels came off. Super disappointed. I wouldn't recommend

Part of the labels never arrived (cost 6 ) despite the various claims to att customer that were made at the time. They work so poorly, this order no. is from August 21, 2017!!!! Almost 3 years ago!!! I did not receive the personalised water bottle I ordered. It was for a birthday present to a friends daughter but I never received this item. Remaining orders arrived (stickers and bags) but not the water bottle. I placed the order 14 days before the party to be sure I receive on time but it did not arrive. I sent a message using your website but no reply. I would like to get a refund for this bottle and cancel the order as the party is finished and I bought something else to replace the bottle I was waiting for. Very disappointed.
